Description
Develop the Project management framework, policies, procedures, forms, templates, tools, to ensure all project with company follow the same documentation, and same standards.Plan project management cycle in alignment with strategy and budgeting.Facilitate and enable project management to manage the change as a result of the projects.Support the project managers to stay on track; by providing a clear focus and maintaining alignment with both short-term and long-term objectives.Conduct internal and external bench-marking to identify best practices and keep abreast of project management industry trends.Design, test, implement, and maintain all portfolio templates and process work flows to support the delivery of program/project management methodology.
Profile
Project management experience with a needed certificates and qualifications.
