  • As a Business Development role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and partnerships to drive company growth within the assigned region of Abu Dhabi. This includes conducting market research, meeting up with the right resources as a part of lead generations.


  • Identify potential clients / prospects who require interior fit out and furnishing services as per the company defined principles/activities, maximize exposure of company brand among Potential Prospects, Project Managers, Consultants, and multi-national clients and achieve the set individual sales target.


  • Carrying our Pre-qualification of the Company to the Potential Prospects, Carrying Out Corporate Marketing Activities, Meeting Prospects for Introduction and Awareness to contribute for Lead Generations and Sales Activities.


  • Ensuring Proactive and Professional Communication to the prospects, Follow up on Proposals, Utilizing all resources at disposal to convert potential leads / prospects, including preparation of Bill of Quantity / Quotations, liaise with the design department to ensure that the design meets the client’s requirement and follow set procedures laid down by the management in concluding deals with top management team of the clients.


  • Conducting Initial site survey, Reviewing and Addressing Tender Documents / Submittals/Correspondences, Obtaining Drawings and Documentation for Design team to review the existing and proposed initial drawings, Presentation of the Overall concept and commercial proposal including closure of the project/ sales. Upon closure of the project kindly handover the projects to the Design and Project team for execution of works.


  • Ensure Strict Follow up with the client on the Receivable and Documentation Collections and ensuring collection of the dues are received on time.
