  • Greet and welcome clients, residents, or visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide information about the property, its amenities, and nearby attractions.
  • Address inquiries and assist with any concerns or requests promptly and follow up on them.
  • Assist walk-ins with viewing and keep records.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the property layout, available units, and services offered.
  • Keep updated on market trends and local knowledge to provide relevant information to clients.
  • Manage access to the property by monitoring the entry and exit of visitors and guests.
  • Ensure security protocols are followed, such as verifying identification and providing access cards or keys.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments for property tours, inspections, and meetings with real estate agents or property managers.
  • Coordinate reservations for amenities such as gyms, spa facilities, or event spaces.
  • Report maintenance issues and repair requests to the appropriate department or maintenance team.
  • Follow up with residents or clients to ensure their concerns are addressed satisfactorily.
  • Prepare, schedule, and follow up on all PPM and CM work requests, fill service reports accordingly.
  • Arrange and schedule pest control requests and follow up on them.
  • Assist in Move-in and move-out with communication and documentation.
  • Receive and Handover of access cards, keys, stickers during move-in and move out.
  • Inspecting all common areas including reception, basement, lift lobby, amenities, staircases.
  • Monitor and record the cleaning of common areas.
  • Monitor and record the cleaning of vacant units.
  • Monitor and record parking areas and allocate parking slots to new tenants.
  • Monitor the condition of curtains and schedule for Laundry and keep records.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including and not limited to preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports such as record-keeping, data entry, and managing appointment calendars.
  • Prepare and monitor transmittals between AJRE and tenants.
  • Share and remind tenants monthly with their utility bills.
  • Prepare and share incident reports, condition reports, corrective reports, and maintenance reports.
  • Prepare and share memo with tenants.
  • Prepare and share vacancy list weekly basis.
  • Prepare and record Water and Kahrama Meter reading, and Qatar cool monthly basis.
  • Prepare, post, and monitor the board of notices for any memo and notices in building.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with property
  • management, real estate agents, and other staff members.
  • Keep records of interactions and relevant information.
  • Be prepared to handle emergencies, such as fire alarms, medical situations, or security incidents, by following established protocols and contacting the necessary authorities.
  • Accept and manage incoming packages and deliveries on behalf of residents or clients.
  • Notify recipients of package arrivals and facilitate their pickup or delivery.
