We are looking for Native Turkish Project Managers to join our remote team.

Although we began our journey as a digital agency, we evolved within years to become an international company with offices in 3 different countries with operations in Digital Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Software industries with 100+ employees. We are constantly looking for high-performing individuals to join our team.
What will be my responsibilities?
- Translating documents from English to Turkish
- Cooperating with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and Financial Institutions in Turkey
- Working together with the Project Management team to manage 3rd party integrations
- Cooperating with Advertising Agencies in Turkey
- Writing SEO-friendly articles and managing Social Media accounts in Turkey
- Helping Turkish-speaking customers via chat and e-mail
- Assisting customers with account management, billing issues, content, basic website, and application navigation
- Providing account and application support to customers, specifically about website functionality and troubleshooting
