1) Plan and prioritize sales & marketing activities and customers or prospect contacts towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales - especially managing time and productivity.
2) Plan and manage business portfolio, territory and business according to an agreed market development strategy.
3) Manage product or service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
4) Conclude, prepare and up-date Sales Report to Senior Manager Marketing on daily basis.
5) Compile Sales Reports from all Sales & Marketing Executives and forward it to Senior Manager, Sales & Marketing on weekly basis.
6) Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction.
7) Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.
8) Plan and integrate sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, eg., product launches, promotions, advertising and exhibitions.
9) Respond to and follow up sales inquiries using appropriate methods.
10) Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
11) Record, analyze, report and administer according to systems and requirements.
12) Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
13) Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
14) Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
15) Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of equipment.
