• متابعة سير الموقع منذ البداية حتى التسليم وفق الخطط الموضوعة لكل مشروع والتي تشمل على خطته الزمنية التصاميم المعتمدة والميزانية المرصودة له بالتعاون مع مصممي المشاريع والتأكد من مطابقتها لمعايير الجودة اللازمة.
• متابعة المشاريع وفق الخطط الزمنية المحددة ويتأكد من اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة للحد من التأخير في تنفيذ المشاريع.
• الإشراف على الإنشاءات والتنسيق مع مقاولي البناء العامين لتنفيذ الخطط والمواصفات الخاصة بالمشروع.
• انجاز متطلبات الموقع من خلال التنسيق للاجتماعات الدورية والتواصل مع المعنيين.
• متابعة ودعم إدارة المشاريع لضمان تلبية متطلبات العمل بنجاح ضمن الوقت والميزانية المحددة.
• رصد ومراقبة وإعداد تقارير الإنجاز/ لحالات المشاريع والتي تلخص مدى الإنجاز وعرضها بشكل دوري.
• التواصل والتنسيق مع الأطراف المعنية لتصعيد المشاكل وحل المعوقات التي تواجه تنفيذ المشاريع.
• التنسيق لأخذ الموافقات اللازمة الخاصة باستكمال إجراءات المشاريع وطلبات التغيير عليها لتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة.
• مراقبة ومتابعة كافة المخاطر والتحديات التي تواجه المشاريع واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة.
• التواصل والتنسيق مع الأشخاص المعنيين عند الحاجة إلى معلومات أو عمل التحديثات أو اتخاذ القرارات.
• تقديم الدعم الإداري للمشاريع من خلال تيسير ومتابعة دفع وصرف الدفعات والمستحقات الخاصة بالمشاريع عند الحاجة.
• متابعة الأعمال مع الموردين المعنيين من ورش نجارة منجدين مقاولين حدادين وغيرهم مما تم تعيينه للعمل في المشروع
• التناوب بين الموقع والمصانع والمستودعات والورش والتأكد من اتمام الأعمال كما هو مطلوب
• التواصل مع قسم التصميم بشكل يومي للسيطرة على الأعمال التشغيلية اليومية.
• الإشراف على إغلاق المشاريع والتحقق من توثيق المخرجات وضمان اطلاع ومراجعة جميع الأطراف المعنية والحصول على الموافقات اللازمة.
• يلتزم بضوابط وسلوكيات العمل والسياسات الخاصة بالمؤسسة.
• يقوم بأي مهام أخرى تكلف من قبل الرؤساء المباشرين
• Follow up on the progress of the site from the beginning until delivery according to the plans drawn up for each project, which includes the approved designs and the budget allocated to it in the time plan in cooperation with the project designers and ensure that they comply with the necessary quality standards.
• Follow up projects according to the specified time plans and ensure that the necessary measures are taken to reduce delays in project implementation.
• Supervising construction and coordinating with general building contractors to implement plans and specifications for the project.
• Fulfilling site requirements by coordinating periodic meetings and communicating with those concerned.
• Follow up and support project management to ensure that business requirements are successfully met within the specified time and budget.
• Monitor, control, and prepare completion reports/project statuses that summarize the extent of achievement and display them periodically.
• Communicate and coordinate with concerned parties to escalate problems and solve obstacles facing project implementation.
• Coordination to obtain the necessary approvals for completing project procedures and requests for changes to them to achieve the desired goals.
• Monitor and follow up on all risks and challenges facing projects and take appropriate measures.
• Communicate and coordinate with relevant people when information is needed, updates are made, or decisions are made.
• Providing administrative support for projects by facilitating and following up on the payment and disbursement of payments and dues for projects when needed.
• Follow up on work with the relevant suppliers, including carpentry workshops, upholsterers, blacksmith contractors, and others who have been appointed to work on the project.
• Rotate between the site, factories, warehouses, and workshops and ensure that work is completed as required
• Communicate with the design department on a daily basis to control daily operational work.
• Supervising the closure of projects, verifying documentation of outputs, ensuring that all parties involved are informed and reviewed, and obtaining the necessary approvals.
• Adheres to the organization’s controls, work behaviors, and policies.
• Performs any other tasks assigned by direct superiors
