- تخطيط العمل والإشراف على شراء المواد والمعدات اللازمة.
- توظيف وإدارة الموظفين للمشروع وإدارة موقع البناء.
- مراقبة المقاولين من الباطن وفحص المواد والإشراف على مراقبة الجودة.
- ضمان تسليم المشروع في الوقت المحدد وعلى الميزانية المحددة والمعايير المتفق عليها.
- التحقق من وثائق التصميم مع المهندسين المعماريين ومهندسي المساحة.
- الحفاظ على تطبيق لوائح الصحة والسلامة والتفتيش الدوري لضمان اتباع القواعد.
- التواصل بشكل منتظم وحضور الاجتماعات مع العملاء والإبلاغ بما تم إنجازه.
- إعداد وكتابة التقارير الدورية وتحديد المتطلبات.
- التواصل المباشر مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين والمشرفين وغيرهم من المشاركين في المشروع.
- التعامل مع أي مشاكل غير متوقعة قد تحدث أثناء العمل على المشروع.
