We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability/Planning Engineer to join our team in Lebanon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and a proven track record in reliability and planning. The Reliability/Planning Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of our equipment and systems, as well as developing and implementing maintenance plans and strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. He will also plan maintenance tasks and projects to enhance the performance of the team and optimize the availability and reliability of the assets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Technical Reliability functions to ensure a safe and reliable operation.
- Ensure all activities under their responsibility are handled in accordance with the clients’ requirements.
- Has detailed knowledge of reliability analysis methods including maintenance task interval, failure mode, age-to failure, MTBF and MTTR data.
- Collect and analyze data from assets operations, maintenance records and other sources to identify trends and patterns related to equipment reliability.
- Compile data and prepare reliability reports for review by different stakeholders.
- Lead regular Technical Reliability Review meetings with all relevant stakeholders.
- Use the reliability reports to identify trends and implement strategies that enhance the overall performance and efficiency of the assets.
- Investigate EHSS reports, repetitive defects and incidents data and take effective action to prevent recurrence and improve operational performance.
- Propose enhancements and upgrades to assets to minimize failure rates and improve technical reliability.
- Work closely with the technical department of the clients with regards to proposed enhancements to assets
- Develop new processes and procedures and/or implement changes to existing work processes and procedures to make them more efficient and effective.
