We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our client in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in administrative roles in Travel Industry , with strong communication and multitasking skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage administrative tasks and provide support to multiple teams within the organization. The Admin Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient office operations and ensuring smooth communication between departments.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and organize all administrative tasks, including but not limited to filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  2. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior team members.
  3. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  4. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  5. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  6. Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing necessary documents and arranging orientation sessions.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  8. Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
  9. Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  10. Provide general administrative support to the management team.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles in Travel Industry.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  9. Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  10. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
