Looking for highly skilled and experienced Personal Yoga Instructor who is available to conduct classes at residence :
As a Personal Yoga Instructor, you will be responsible for providing personalized yoga sessions to clients based on their individual needs and goals.
You will create a safe and nurturing environment for clients to practice yoga and guide them through various yoga postures and sequences.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in yoga, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others improve their physical and mental well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Assess clients' fitness levels, goals, and any health concerns to design personalized yoga programs
- Instruct and guide clients through yoga poses, breathing techniques, and meditation practices
- Modify yoga sequences and poses to accommodate clients' abilities and limitations
- Provide hands-on adjustments and corrections to clients' alignment and posture
- Educate clients on the benefits of yoga and provide guidance on incorporating yoga into their daily lives
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to the yoga program as needed
