Description
As a Client Services Professional, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the client experience by providing unparalleled support and assistance. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing client onboarding process, including Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and documentation requirementsConducting thorough KYC checks to verify client identities, assess risk levels, and ensure compliance with regulatory standardsBuilding strong relationships with clients to understand their objectives and preferencesManaging client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetingsCollaborating with internal teams to address client requests and concernsProviding product information, performance updates, and account assistanceProactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience
Profile
Fluent in Arabic (GCC dialect)Based in the UAEBachelor's degree in finance, business, or related fieldPrior experience in client services (1-3 years) within the financial services industry preferredStrong understanding of KYC procedures and regulatory requirementsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software
