Training Coordinator (Saudi National)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of training programs for Saudi local nationals, aligned with company needs and government regulations.
- Plan and manage student intake, including needs assessment, recruitment, selection, and enrollment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with training institutes and ensure quality standards are met.
- Monitor student progress through regular visits to training institutes and communication with instructors.
- Prepare comprehensive training reports using the CSMART system, analyzing data and recommending improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant training regulations and industry best practices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of training policies and procedures.
- Support other HR initiatives related to training and development.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a training coordination role, preferably within the oil and gas sector or a similar industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and coordinating training programs.
- Strong experience in selecting bulk students for training programs.
- Experience in preparing training contracts and agreements.
- Proficiency in using the CSMART system for reporting and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Arabic and English,
