- SAP Modules: HCM, FICO, MM, SD, PP, PM, QM
- Serves as the primary point of contact between the key users and the ERP vendor for issues related to overall system management.
- Coordinate closely with the ERP business process owners to maintain and update the ERP system and ensure seamless integration with all peripheral programs and systems.
- Diagnosis of operational issues related SAP set up and functionality.
- Support for timely coordination of troubleshooting and configuration of SAP transactions.
- Predict and suggest system improvements.
- SAP enhancements.
- Ensuring that the processes or projects are in line with the company policies.
- Operate, Administrate and monitoring the good functionality of SAP.
- Interact with all the functional areas for develop and design the administrative processes for SAP usage.
- Define and Document all the process and transactions for support and the correct usage of SAP.
- Identify business and user needs in SAP, develop and present action plans.
- Coordinate Access to SAP or required roles for End User to achieve their functions
- Mentoring, Train, Support and Solve problems in SAP for the End User in the different departments or areas.
