Job Briefing:

As a Central Area Sales Manager in our firefighting and safety industry company, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales activities in the central region. You will oversee a team of sales representatives, set sales targets, and develop strategies to achieve sales goals. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with internal departments and engage in external communication to drive sales growth and contribute to the company's success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for the central region to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance management to maximize their potential and achieve sales goals.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to understand their needs, address concerns, and foster long-term business partnerships.
  4. Identify new business opportunities in the central region, conduct market research, and analyze competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
  5. Monitor sales performance metrics, such as revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction, and take appropriate actions to drive performance and meet targets.
  6. Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and support in sales activities.
  7. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the Regional Sales Manager or Sales Director, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and product knowledge to effectively represent the company and its offerings to clients.
  9. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand the company's presence and generate leads.
  10. Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and ethical standards, promoting a culture of integrity and professionalism.
