Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate social media and Marketing Specialist to help us elevate our brand presence and drive engagement across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing, with a keen understanding of the real estate industry. This role will involve developing and executing marketing strategies to attract and retain clients, promoting our properties, and enhancing our company's online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Manage the company’s website content and ensure it is up-to-date and SEO-optimized.
- Produce high-quality visual content, including photos, videos, and graphics, to showcase properties and company events.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to keep our marketing efforts innovative.
- Engage with online communities, respond to inquiries, and foster relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Assist in organizing and promoting company events, open houses, and other marketing activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3-5 YEARS EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
