As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our organization in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business goals and providing strategic HR support to our employees. Your main objective will be to create a positive work environment and ensure that HR policies and practices are implemented effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Partner with line managers to address employee relations issues and provide coaching and guidance.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on strategic HR business partnering.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience in managing employee relations issues and providing effective HR advice and support.
- Native fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial, or Administrative field.
