- Manage, mentor, and oversee junior photographers, ensuring their development and adherence to project timelines
- Collaborate with creative teams to understand and meet client requirements
- Develop conceptual ideas for shoots, integrating innovative techniques and creative solutions
- Manage budgets and project costs, ensuring financial efficiency in production
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of photography trends, tools, and techniques
