- Operates assigned vehicle in safe and courteous manner.
- Keeps the assigned vehicle clean inside and outside.
- Immediately reports any accident or incident to the management.
- Liaises with the Fleet Administrator and Fleet Technical to schedule major and minor periodic maintenance.
- Responsible for ensuring 100% loading of the dedicated stocks
- Ensures accurate and timely delivery of picked orders
- Jointly with the Delivery Assistant:
- Plans the efficient delivery sequence for the consigned load
- Ensures all supporting delivery documentations are accurately processed and handled.
- Ensures adherence to health & safety procedures
- May be required to liaise with representatives from Sales Division
- May be required to liaise with the Document Controllers within Logistics
- Interfaces with Warehouse and Distribution staff
- On a daily basis acts as interface with the customer at the point of delivery
- Through positive interaction and responsiveness, ensures customer satisfaction
- Jointly with the Delivery Assistant, is responsible for the daily supervision of supply laborers
