- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team, showing initiative and responsibility.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to producing high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
- A proactive learner who is eager to gain hands-on experience and develop professionally.
