We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Supervisor/Manager to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional development and innovation.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Conduct regular financial forecasting and budgeting processes, providing recommendations for cost control and revenue enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial implications of business decisions and provide strategic insights.
- Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital to ensure the organization's financial stability.
- Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions to ensure compliance and optimize financial operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance department to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure the organization remains compliant and competitive.
Preferred Candidate:
- Proven experience in finance management or supervisory roles, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on mentoring and developing team members.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems and advanced Excel functions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing financial challenges.
- Relevant professional qualifications, such as CPA, CMA, or CFA, are preferred.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic and Chinese is a plus.
