- Certified in Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA, NEBOSH )
- experience in safety, risk assessment, incident investigation, or HSE coordination is compulsory
- Knowledge of local and international safety laws and regulations
- Strong understanding of workplace safety protocols, risk mitigation, and emergency response procedures
- Ability to identify hazards, assess risks, and implement corrective actions
- Familiarity with incident reporting systems and safety inspection tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to train and guide employees on safety practices
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and under pressure
- Minimum age: 22 years
- Good physical health and not classified as a person with disability
- Demonstrates high levels of integrity, responsibility, and organization
- Able to work in various environments, including cold store or high-risk areas, and consistently follow safety protocol
