We are building a disciplined, value-driven sales function and are looking for motivated individuals who can represent our product professionally and ethically.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Remote Sales Representative to support the growth of LERE by identifying, engaging, and converting service-based businesses into paid users. This role requires strong communication skills, discipline, and the ability to explain value clearly without pressure-selling.
Sales Representatives will act as ambassadors of the Qolaro brand and must be able to communicate with integrity, professionalism, and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers (therapists, wellness professionals, beauty professionals, pet groomers, fitness coaches, cleaners, and other service providers)
- Communicate the value and functionality of LERE clearly and accurately
- Conduct outreach via approved channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email, or referrals
- Handle initial objections and questions professionally and honestly
- Maintain basic records of outreach and engagement activity
- Follow structured sales guidelines and ethical selling standards
- Meet agreed performance targets and activity expectations
- Collaborate with the Qolaro team and provide feedback from the field
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to explain products and processes clearly and confidently
- Basic understanding of sales, customer engagement, or business development principles
- Comfortable initiating conversations with business owners
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
- Professional, reliable, and accountable approach to work
