The Lease Operations Officer is responsible for managing vehicle leasing processes from contract creation to vehicle return. The role ensures smooth operational workflow, accurate documentation, coordination with internal teams, and excellent customer service throughout the lease lifecycle.
🔹 Lease Contract Management
• Prepare, review, and process vehicle lease agreements.
• Ensure contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate lease documentation and records.
🔹 Operations & Coordination
• Coordinate with sales, finance, fleet, and logistics teams.
• Monitor vehicle deliveries, registrations, and handovers.
• Track lease start/end dates and renewals.
🔹 Customer Support
• Act as the main point of contact for leasing customers.
• Handle customer requests, amendments, and inquiries.
• Resolve operational issues related to lease contracts.
🔹 Billing & Financial Follow-up
• Support invoicing and payment tracking.
• Monitor penalties, excess mileage, and additional charges.
• Coordinate with finance on discrepancies.
🔹 Fleet & Lease Lifecycle Management
• Track vehicle status during lease period.
• Manage renewals, extensions, early terminations.
• Coordinate vehicle return inspections and closure.
🔹 Reporting & Compliance
• Generate operational reports and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Maintain data accuracy in leasing systems.
