Manager to join their journey.
Role Overview
A fast-growing technology company is seeking a Senior Revenue Sales Operations Specialist to own and scale its revenue operations infrastructure. This role sits at the center of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring systems, data, automation, and AI-driven workflows operate seamlessly to support growth, efficiency, and accurate decision-making.
You will be responsible for managing the revenue tech stack, leading HubSpot operations, building automations, and enabling AI-powered workflows that streamline go-to-market processes across teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. HubSpot Ownership
- Lead the configuration and day-to-day management of HubSpot across all hubs.
- Design and maintain workflows, sequences, and automations for lead routing and deal lifecycle management.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track pipeline health and revenue performance.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and best practices across all teams.
2. Automation & AI Enablement
- Support the implementation of AI-driven workflows across Sales and Customer Success.
- Experiment with no-code and automation tools such as Clay, n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms to reduce manual work and improve data flow.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate new automation capabilities when required.
3. Revenue Process Optimization
- Monitor lead flow and handoffs between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Identify operational gaps and bottlenecks, proposing improvements to workflows and processes.
- Support accurate forecasting and reporting by maintaining clean, structured data within HubSpot.
4. Reporting & Insights
- Maintain weekly and monthly KPI dashboards, including metrics such as pipeline velocity, conversion rates, churn, and ARR.
- Deliver clear insights and actionable recommendations to leadership based on data trends.
