Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control the mixing process to ensure that materials are blended accurately, using specialized equipment and software to track performance metrics and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of mixing equipment, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to perform tests on mixed materials, documenting results and making necessary adjustments to processes to meet quality specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of mixing operations, including batch numbers, ingredient quantities, and production times, to ensure traceability and compliance with industry regulations.
- Train and mentor junior operators on best practices in mixing techniques and safety protocols, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Implement safety measures and protocols in the mixing area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations to protect team members and maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for mixing operations, contributing to the documentation and refinement of processes for increased efficiency.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide insights on production capabilities and suggest improvements to enhance overall operational performance.
- Support inventory management by monitoring raw material levels and coordinating with supply chain teams to ensure timely replenishment of ingredients needed for mixing.
