The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, developing and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support sales growth. This role combines creative content production with supervision of marketing activities, ensuring all campaigns and materials align with company objectives and brand identity.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing Supervision:
- Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns in coordination with management.
- Supervise marketing operations, including advertising, digital marketing, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors’ activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales targets and business goals.
- Prepare periodic marketing reports (campaign results, ROI analysis, social media growth, etc.).
Content Creation & Branding
- Create engaging and original content for social media, website, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Manage the company’s digital presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Write, edit, and proofread marketing materials to ensure brand consistency and professionalism.
- Develop visual and multimedia content in coordination with graphic designer
- Plan and execute photo and video shoots for campaigns, events, and product promotions.
Digital Marketing
- Manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to increase visibility and lead generation.
- Track and analyze digital performance metrics to optimize engagement and conversion.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns and maintain subscriber databases.
Event & Promotion Management
- Assist in product launches, and exhibitions.
- Coordinate with management for promotional activities and branding materials.
- Ensure marketing materials and visuals are up to date in all stores and websites.
