We are actively recruiting for a Marketing Administrator at our UK HQ in Guildford, Surrey. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director for the UK & Ireland the aim of this great role is to work with the UK&I; Marketing Team. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Administrator for our busy Healthcare division. Assisting the marketing team in delivering the broad marketing plans, it`s a varied role working with all members of the marketing team, the business, clients and customers.
Key Area's of Responsibility:
Marketing Support
Assisting the marketing team in delivering the marketing plans across all business groups
Managing the development and day-to-day coordination of the marketing calendar
Organising the marketing meetings and specific internal events/meetings
Ordering point of sale and marketing materials for relevant events
Supporting the PO’s & Invoicing process
Researching and reporting on competitors
Developing systems and processes for the marketing team
General administration support for the team
Supporting the events manager where required
Compiling marketing materials and press packs for trade shows /events
Brand Management
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the corporate identity and brand behaviours are correctly presented in all activities
Assist the Public Relations Team when requested to
Take on additional internal or external project responsibilities when requested
Any other marketing related tasks directed by the Marketing Director
Required Skills & Education:
- Strong IT skills and be a competent user of all Microsoft Office software
- Demonstrable marketing and organising events experience
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to prioritise and juggle multiple projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
