For our IMServ office in Milton Keynes we are currently looking for an
Inside Sales Representative
To assist the Commercial team with the Monitoring and Control strategy by offering outbound telemarketing and arranging meetings for the RSM’s and to sell our core services to smaller customer in line with annual targets
Main responsibilities:
· To achieve outbound call KPI’s set by the NSM
· To appoint opportunities for the sales team as identified in the IMServ Strategy document
· To close smaller opportunities as identified in the IMServ Strategy document
· To deliver market research in the SME area as identified in the IMServ Strategy document
· To support renewals of smaller accounts
· To develop the relationship with potential clients
· To develop business relationships
· To identify and develop opportunities for existing services in other customer sets
· To canvass / cross-sell new service offerings to the IMServ client base
· To represent the Company and exhibitions and seminars
Requirements:
§ Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner
§ Previous telesales experience would be an advantage
§ Self-motivated, proactive, consultative
§ Ability to influence and persuade internal and external customers
§ Highly autonomous
§ Target driven
§ Enthusiastic and positive
§ Good MS Office skills
§ A-C Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
§ Knowledge of key utilities: Electricity, Gas, Water, Heat would be a plus
