Working for the Head of Marketing Services, this role sits within SAGE’s Marketing Department.

The company is looking for a Marketing Services Assistant/ Executiveto support the Marketing Services, Sales and Marketing Teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support SAGE London’s Inspection Copy (IC) and electronic inspection copy processes

  • The post holder will be the main point of contact for all customer & business issues and any reports as needed.

  • Support the data and reporting needs of the Library Marketing and Sales Teams

  • The post holder will be the main point of contact for queries around our lead gathering processes and reporting on lead generation from the library marketing and sales teams.

  • Support sales and marketing teams with reporting and analysis of book sales

  • The post holder will be the main point of contact for book sales analysis queries from the sales and marketing teams.

  • Support the marketing services team by producing reports from MasterVision

  • The post holder will be trained up to be an user of MasterVision to be able to support the library marketing and campaigns teams with data selections and reports for sales support campaigns.

  • High level of computer literacy

  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word

  • Knowledge of other MS Office packages

  • Experience of using a Marketing Databases

  • SQL skills desirable

  • Good analytical skills

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Proactive and solutions focused

  • Fast learner

  • Good level of numeracy

  • Accurate typing (35+ wpm)

  • Able to multitask and prioritise a varied workload

  • Able to work under pressure and with minimal day to day supervision

  • Excellent communication skills
