**Job Description** To assist the EMEA Payroll lead in payroll operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of critical payroll actions. Provide support in the transition from current to future payroll practices with the implementation of a new payroll provider. Ensure compliance with company payroll policies, ensuring minimal risk to the business. Accountabilities: * Ownership of the input of Data into the NGA UK payroll system (non standard transactions not covered by Shared Services) * Season ticket administration, ensuring that applications are completed accurately * Responding to queries received from employees pre NGA implementation * Initial point of contact for NGA UK queries * Responsible for checking output from NGA * Management of Third party payments, including ownership of investigations as appropriate. Addressing errors as appropriate with third party vendors. * Processing of manual severance payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines. Management of any queries arising out of these requests. * Administration of the Non UK payroll processes, operated from the UK * General Payroll administration * Support to the payroll lead with regard to the implementations of the Switzerland, Netherlands, UAE, Belgium, Poland payrolls to NGA (currently processed from UK) * Support to the EMEA Payroll lead on any issues arising out of any NGA implementations that are not UK processed * Support to the EMEA payroll lead on any Workday issues **Qualifications** * Good working knowledge of payroll processes and procedures within MHF * Experience of payroll systems and liaison with external outsource providers * Accuracy and attention to detail About McGraw Hill Financial Be essential to the global financial markets.
