What you’ll be doing…
AsPracticeManager,you’llberesponsibleforthemanagementandgrowthofTableau’s servicesbusinessandorganizationworking closelywiththe salesteamandcustomersto scope, scheduleandresource serviceengagements.You’lloverseeourProfessionalServicesteamandwillberesponsibleforthehiring,development,retention,utilizationandmanagementofthebusinessconsultantsacrossEurope.Inadditiontomanagingtheinternalpractice, youwillalsoberesponsibletonurture,developandmanagetheconsultingpartnerprogram,ensuringthatpartnerswithintheprogramaremeetingthe standardsexpectedbyTableau’s customerbase.

EnsureachievementoftheRevenue TargetsoftheConsultingPractice.
*
Recruit,onboard,manage,mentorandprofessionallydevelop apracticeofbestin classbusinessconsultants.
*
Ensurethatallconsultantshitthetargetedutilizationratesandensure afairdistributionofwork.
*
Driveinthe servicespre-salesprocesswithsalesteam,andbusiness consultantstounderstandcustomerbusinessandtechnicalobjectivesandproductrequirements,inordertobuild clientrelationships,scopeopportunities,anddelivereffective solutions
*
Reviewandapproveprojectproposals(scope,levelofeffortestimates,and schedules)
*
andSOWspriortopresentationtoTableauteamand customer
*
Maintainandproject asolidunderstandingofallTableauproductlinesandcorporatemessaging
*
Provide supportandguidanceto consultantsontechnical,delivery,andoperationalissuesandhelpthemworkthroughobstaclestotheir success

CollaboratewiththeCustomerService, FinanceandSales TeamstoDevelopprocessandprocedurestoensurethat servicescanbe soldefficientlyandeasilyintoourcustomerbase.

DevelopanddesignServicepackagesthat canmeettheneedsofourhighvolume

Commercial salesteamandourhighertouchEnterprise salesteam.

Contributetotheimplementationof strategicgoalsandgotomarketplansofthe EuropeanBusinessConsultingPractice

ExtensiverelevantITexperience,preferablywithanalytics,data,databases,datawarehousing,orbusinessintelligence.

ExperienceinexpandingPSorganization aplus

BS/MS/MBAdegree,with atechnicalorbusinessfocuspreferred.

Experienceworkingwith start-upsandemergingorganizations,including a strongunderstandingofhowtobuildandgrow asuccessfulbusiness.
