Based out of our Worksop site, this role sits within Cargill’s Cocoa and Chocolate businesswhere we produce a full range of milk and plain chocolate. These products are developed for various applications in the confectionery, biscuit, bakery and dairy industries.You will lead the local Supply Chain Operations including; Customer order execution, distribution (transport and warehousing) and Procurement execution and planning. You will be accountable for service levels delivered to our customers as well as availability of raw materials for production (e.g. milk, sugar, cocoa). You will support the Sales Managers regarding Supply chain related matters and initiate and lead the optimisation of Supply Chain processes. You will also be highly involved in the day to day operations of the site with one direct report. For a number of customers you are the first point of contact for all order related operational matters. You will coordinate and execute the raw material replenishment and you contribute to optimal local supply & demand planning.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a comparable lead position in supply chain
* A degree (or equivalent) would be preferred but is not essential
* Experience of Supply Chain processes, ideally from a B2B business
* Good understanding of ERP systems, supporting customer & supplier order process and planning & scheduling (e.g. JDE One World)
* Strong team builder, team player, networker
* Good communication, influencing and negotiation skills
* Customer focused
* Accurate, eye for details with a process oriented mindset
* Good analytical skills
* Results oriented, sense of responsibility / accountability
* Ability to take decisions
