This is your chance to work with a group that solves big problems for Facebook’s most strategic Platform partners, marketers, and advertisers. As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) on the Atlas platform, you will be the key day-to-day technical point of contact responsible for building and managing the pre and post sales technical relationship. In this role, you will partner with clients and prospects to understand their business and strategic needs and enable their success by providing consultative services and creative solutions to challenging operational and technical issues. Client facing demeanor and technical aptitude is critical to identify opportunities, troubleshoot issues and advocate the Atlas Platform. As an expert on the Atlas Platform, you will engage with Product and Engineering as a client sponsor, and work closely with the Measurement and Partnership teams to monitor the pulse of your client’s business and enable growth.

In addition to managing existing clients, this role will work closely with the Atlas Client Partner to land new business and the Atlas Account Manager to manage existing business as the technical member of the sales pod. Success in this role will be measured by increased engagement and strategic alignment with key clients as well as growing revenue from clients, both existing and new.

Responsibilities:

Operate as a dedicated technical product and industry expert for the Atlas advertising platform; Assisting in the new business sales motion, managing day-to-day technical solutions for assigned (existing) book of business and partnering with the Atlas Account Manager to identify and uncover product adoption and upsell opportunities;

Project manage technical implementations and manage product issues and escalations in coordination with Support teams, delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction;

Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences;

Conduct high-impact on-site services offerings, including customized product trainings based on existing and future platform features and identified gaps in client knowledge, conduct account reviews and recommendations based on Atlas advanced reporting;

Provide voice of the customer to Atlas Engineering and effectively manage client expectations around bugs and feature request;

Maintain an in-depth understanding of the ad technology eco-system and its application to client and prospect needs;

Provide clear, timely and constructive product feedback to Atlas Product Management and Engineering teams;


Support sales process in response to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs, pitches and serve as a point of product and industry expertise in the agency and advertiser evaluation of 3rd party technology vendors;

Serve as the thought leader on the application of Atlas tools and services to meet the specific needs of our growing advertiser base, leveraging industry research, benchmarks and tried-and-tested creative solutions;

Evangelize Atlas solutions at industry events and seek out speaking opportunities to promote Atlas and drive industry leadership credentials;

Help to document best practices in using Atlas technologies, working with Learning & Development teams to ensure client-facing Help and Training collateral is accurate and consumable;

Identify and manage internal projects to enhance productivity and team education.


Requirements:

This position is based in London and requires English/French speaking skills;

Bachelor’s degree required;

5 years of professional work experience in a client facing professional services consultancy role; experience with technology-based Client Service environment is preferred;

In-depth understanding of digital advertising ecosystem including ad serving and publisher landscapes. (Atlas, DFA, Mediaplex, TruEffects, FlashTalking, etc. as well as publisher specs, certifications, trends, etc.);

Technical understanding of web technologies (e.g. HTML, Javascript, CSS);

Understanding of technical platforms to perform technical qualification of clients environment in terms of integrations and analytic capabilities;

Ability to fully scope custom technical solutions, integrations, and API solutions;

Solid understanding of the strategic technical sales process;

Excellent presentation and communication skills and the ability to communicate and interact at all levels of the client organization;

Experience managing high-impact projects involving cross-functional teams and competing client demands;

Ability to multi-task and effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, often autonomous, constantly evolving team environment;
