General Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst will document current state processes and existing pain points in order to gather and document user requirements for Salesforce implementation. Maintain project plans and updates for current/future Salesforce projects. Work closely with other departmental business analysts to ensure alignment of resources and priorities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Gather user requirements for Salesforce usage including documentation of current and future states,
* Work with system administrators to relay requirements and formulate appropriate test plans and integration,
* Perform application testing and evaluation of solutions,
* Communicate with project departments including IT to resolve issues and arrive as solutions
Skills and Experience Required:
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Business or related discipline Salesforce administrator 201 certification required; 301 certification preferred,
- Prior experience with Salesforce as an administrator, developer, or project manager required.
- 2+ years of experience as a functional analyst in a technical environment.
- Excellent PC skills with MS Office, Access, Visio and Project are required.
- Process improvement experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
- Process Mapping skills preferred. Strong attention to detail required.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to operate independently required.
- Ability to work in a culturally diverse and changing environment.
