Description
Responsible for ensuring the timely processing of all client instructions in accordance with and employing market and the Banks best practices in order to guard against any financial or reputational loss and provide a high quality service, minimising risks to the organisation.
Responsibilities
Automated Instructions
To monitor and repair instructions received into the Global Securities Processing system, thereby ensuring the clients records are complete
Manual Instructions
To process manual securities instructions into the Global Securities Processing system, thereby ensuring the clients records are complete
Asset Set-ups
To request asset set-ups, when required in order to ensure all trades received can be processed and the department objectives achieved.
Client Servicing/Relationships
Liaise with Client Services and internal departments to ensure queries are responded to thereby maintaining internal/external client satisfaction
Performance Management
Track the performance of each of the assigned tasks in order to ensure that they are operating efficiently and effectively.
Personal Development
Investigate opportunities for self development and improving knowledge of the business that you are servicing in order to improve skills and knowledge and deliver maximum service levels.
Qualifications
Experience
Previous experience in a financial services environment, preferably in a Trade Processing custodian role.
Qualifications & Training
Minimum education to GCSE level or equivalent - 5 passes (including English and Mathematics) - essential.
A-Levels / Degree preferable
Prepared to complete industry qualifications as required essential.

Role Reporting Hierarchy:
Reports directly to the Trade Capture Supervisor or Section Manager
