Responsibilities The Cath/EP Lab Clinical Facilitator holds administrative (20%), and Clinical (80%) responsibility and accountability for the process of the Cath Lab and/or EP lab. The position is responsible for leading the lab process, under the direction of the Administrative Director, acting as the first point of contact for any related questions, will guide and lead the Team Members by overseeing the daily operations of lab, as well as assisting the Administrative Director with assuring quality care, regulatory and organizational compliance, fiscal responsibility, management of human resources (specifically interviewing and annual reviews), and the delivery of exceptional customer service to guests, physicians, team members, and the community at large. FT Day shift 40 hours/ week (flexible start/end times based on department needs) Call Rotation also depending on dept needs Qualifications Experience: Minimum five years experience as a Registered Nurse, Cardiovascular Technologist or Radiologic Technologist in an acute care hospital setting is required. Five years experience in a lead/managerial capacity is preferred. Education: In conjunction with the candidate¿s qualifying experience above, the requirement is either: graduation from an accredited school of Nursing, or completion of a Cardiovascular Technology training program, or completion of a Radiology Technology training program. Advanced Certification preferred. Licensure: In conjunction with the candidate¿s qualifying experience and education above, the requirement is either: R.N. licensed in the state of Indiana, or registered Cardiovascular Technician (RCVT), or Registered Radiologic Technologist with A.R.R.T and the state of Indiana Certification for Diagnostic X-ray Machine Operators as required by the State of Indiana. Additional Requirements: Current certification in BLS and ACLS preferred or must be obtained within 90 days of hire. Includes call rotation as deemed necessary of department.
