Title: Transitioning Into Leadership Global Program Lead Location: US-MN-Wayzata Job Number: WAY04577 The Transitioning Into Leadership (TIL) Global Program Lead position leads and manages the program delivery through program leads; develop and leverage internal and external partnership with industry leaders and service providers; creates systems and processes for faculty development and alumni engagement. TIL Global Program Lead-will act as coach and consultant for business and functional leaders facilitating in TIL. This role will work closely with the High Performance Leadership (HPL) global lead to ensure alignment and consistency in design and delivery of TIL programs and their modules. This role will also lead some TIL modules in order to provide the relevant expertise in content for the participants. Principal Accountabilities: * Delivery and management of programs for consistency across the regions via program leads. * Network Manager for High Performing Leadership Academy alumni. * Create systems and processes for faculty development; including engagement with Corporate Center (CC) members and Talent Center of Excellence (COE) leaders * Developing partnerships: internal (Corporate Affairs, BE, Talent COE); external (industry leaders, service providers, and university SMEs) 30% Design and Develop modules for TIL program. Adapt and change design to leverage faculty expertise. Manage Global TIL budget. 15% Developing internal and External partnerships with related groups, SME’s, external partners and coaches 10% Partner with Organizational Leadership and Change lead and HPL program Lead in creating Leadership development experiences that lead to knowledge and skill development and reinforcement. Create systems and processes for faculty identification and development Qualifications: Required: * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Adult Learning, Organization Development, Leadership Development or related field * 7 years of leadership development, coaching and consulting experience * Strong business acumen * Consulting and coaching senior leaders and influencing change * Travel will be at least 50% including global * Work will require to be present in multiple time zones * Ability to work virtually * High Interpersonal relationship skills, program delivery skills * Building relationships in a virtual environment with a global team, Use of technology in collaboration tools * Influencing without authority * Designing and delivery virtual leadership experiences * High level of conceptual skills, ability to coach Manager and one ups on potential solutions Preferred: * Certifications/Degree in Leadership Development * Coaching and influencing skills at executive level of the organization * Systems thinking skills * Designing and improving large and small scale leadership development programs * Customer focus and ability to develop trusted client relationships at the senior level * Ability to operate successfully in a large, matrix organization or global company and can demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work at a variety of levels. * Ability to lead teams of peers but also work collaboratively and have demonstrated the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship in a project oriented/matrix environment * Preparing and managing budgets * Demonstrated collaboration with other businesses and functions * Excellent oral and communication skills * Comfort dealing with ambiguity * Sensitivity to and deep understanding of culture * Listening and inquiring skills * Drive for results and outcome focus * Coaching, facilitation and mentoring skills * Working in virtual learning environment * Building networks * Developing and delivering learning programs through multiple platforms * Experience with talent based Leadership development programs * Design and usage of Collaborative technology tools * Instructional design * Business acumen-recognizing opportunities for different kinds of OE interventions with leaders * Results focused, solutions oriented Job: Human Resources Cargill is an EEO/AA employer.
