Waste Connections, Inc. is currently looking for a Sales Coordinatorfor our Charlotte, NC market area. Job Duties: * Plans and prepares salespresentations for existing and prospective customers with the purpose of sustaining and growing market share, promoting and selling company services and execute in-depth selling in all accounts. * Develops and implements salesand customer relations strategies that maximize opportunities to meet or exceed overall company objectives. * Collect data and generate reports for salesteam * Organize, file and maintain documents and correspondence Qualifications: * Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience * Inside Sales experience preferred * Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communications (written, verbal and listening), negotiation and presentation skills. * Superior organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage projects and calendar matters for follow-up * Ability to manage multiple tasks, work and make decisions independently, set priorities, solve problems and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment * Must be effective in building partnerships and relationships with customers and be able to modify communication and presentation style in order to relate to a variety of people and personalities.
