**Description** The Site Validation Leader (SVL) is responsible for execution and implementation of Corporate and Unit validation initiatives at the manufacturing site. This individual maintains and develops a Validation Master Plan in response to changing compliance requirements and technological advancements, trains and educates associates in validation and compliance concepts, and maintains a validation support structure. The SVL drives the site validation program for the Broken Bow plant to continued excellence in the area of process, software (AME and CSD&V;), method and injection molding qualification with the help of a team of quality engineers. The SVL is in regular contact with corporate resources and those at other sites to maintain business wide validation practices with information sharing and dissemination at the Broken Bow site. **About Us** Becton Dickinson (BD®) is a medical technology company that serves healthcare institutions, life science researchers, clinical laboratories, industry and the general public. Experience in Quality Assurance and/or Mathematics/Statistics could be used in lieu of education in Science or Engineering. *Required Experience* Minimum of 2-4 years experience in Quality Assurance or related field. Process validation experience Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Minitab knowledge preferred. Project Management experience Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma for Manufacturing Must be a leader who can organize and be able to implement programs and projects, often managing without direct authority. *Preferred Experience: * Process validation training Working knowledge of statistical tools such as control limits, statistical process control, probability and trending, FMEA, and Measurement System Analysis. Working knowledge of the Federal Regulations and International Standards pertaining to Medical Devices, and their application.
