Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center is a world renowned organization dedicated to the progressive control and cure of cancer through programs of patient care, research, and education. Working in a nurse physician based ambulatory care practice model, your responsibilities will include providing outpatient assessment and management of a caseload of ambulatory Neuro rehab patients. Act as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide continuity of care throughout various stages of treatment and follow-up. Current NYS RN license/registration and a minimum of 1.5 years of related experience required. BSN, related ambulatory care practice experience and Neuro/Oncology experience highly preferred.
