Responsible for performing complex program assignments in analyzing, defining, documenting, coding, and implementing cost effective information technology solutions. Create custom and COTs based reports. Conduct systems analyst activities such as reviewing and testing colleague's code and update existing code to fix, enhance and meet coding and security standards. Develop and review user and SharePoint administrator guides. Prepare and conduct system and programming tests such as stress testing and interface testing. Develop flow charts and storyboards outlining process and steps in development and operation of the solution. Analyze system capabilities and coding to resolve input/output problems. Have the ability to multitask on several assignments. Determine methods and procedures on new assignments and provide guidance to junior personnel. Proficiency in computer applications, languages, technologies, advanced setup and configurations, troubleshooting, and system design.Principle Duties and Responsibilities: SharePoint Portals, custom workflows, collaboration solutions, content management solutions, enterprise social computing solutions, business intelligence and dash-boarding solutions, and variety of automated business process solutions, System migration of both out of the box and customized SharePoint sites and site collections to SharePoint 2010. Specific additional SharePoint 2010 proven experience building business connectivity service solutions, configuring the BDC Service application to store and secure external content types for BDC models, configuring BDC models both server side and client side components, and packaging and deploying SharePoint 2010 Sandbox Solutions. This includes building solutions using business connectivity services to access both external Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases.Specific Skill-set: QUALIFICATIONS:Hands-on experience with ASP .net, C# .net and/or VB.net, XML, XSLT, JavaScript, jQueryExperience with SharePoint 2010, Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, MOSS 2007Knowledge and expertise with Microsoft .net framework, SharePoint object model, web services and Active DirectoryDesign, development, packaging and deployment of custom SharePoint web partsMicrosoft Office 2010 and SharePoint 2010 integration, InfoPath forms, Visual Studio 2010, SharePoint Designer 2010, Metalogix migration tools and SQL Server 2008+Microsoft SharePoint Certifications a plusOther requirements:Bachelor's Degree in related fieldPosition requires US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a clearance with the US government; active clearance a plusSome travel may be requiredRite-Solutions, Inc. is an Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
