Rite-Solutions, Inc. is looking for Telecommunications Customer Service candidates for a position located at the customer site in Middletown RI. The Telecommunications Customer Service Rep is responsible for ordering and tracking all of customer cell phones, BlackBerry devices, air cards and telephone credit cards. Also responsible for the billing process including getting reimbursements from the Government customers.Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to: Become familiar with the company's (i.e. Verizon BlackBerry etc.) products /services and the NUWCDIVNPT customers' needs. Answer and respond to a high volume of customers inquiring about products/services, billing, and repair needs. Reviews billing statements for their accuracy. Review with customers in order to resolve discrepancies and to answer questions. Collect NWA (Network Activities i.e. job orders) for reimbursement. Provide outstanding customer service support for both external and internal customers. Ensuring all requests are handled in an efficient and effective manner at the highest quality and satisfaction level possible. Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines. Inform management of all unresolved complaints. Troubleshoots problems over the telephone with customers who are experiencing issues with their service or equipment. Responsibility for ordering Blackberrys and Aircards through NMCI Network Enterprise Tool.Skill-set (specifics, please): Ability to maintain and enhance working knowledge of the continually changing trends in cell phone and Blackberry Devices. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills (this includes the ability to communicate effectively, tactfully and courteously with all clients and employees). Must possess minimum 2 years of Windows based computer experience. Must possess basic mathematical skills and the ability to learn computerized billing system. Familiarization with NUWC and NUWC Navy Working Capital Fund (NWCF) a plus. Knowledge of Microsoft Access Database is required.Other requirements:Position requires US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance with the US Government.Some travel may be required.Rite-Solutions, Inc. is an Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
