Email Marketing ManagerLocation: Lehi,UTExempt-Non-Exempt: ExemptEmployment Type: Full TimeEmployer: Young Living Essential OilsDescription: The email marketing manager will manage the strategy and execution of Young Living-s internal,member-facing,and public-facing email communications. This individual will track email metrics and provide insight on best practices and program enhancements to optimize member value and campaign results. This individual should have superb analytical and time management skills,a keen understanding of the e-communications landscape,and the ability to frequently formulate new ideas and lead new projects.Duties: - Build and constantly improve Young Living-s email marketing strategy,test plans,and overall e-communications program development- Manage email marketing calendars- Ensure that an outstanding member experience is integrated into all email campaigns while remaining consistent with overall brand objectives- Oversee execution of email campaigns,including content coordination,email service provider set-up,testing,deployment,and reporting- Ensure all email marketing campaigns follow a quality assurance process to ensure accurate content and on-time campaign delivery- Support the success of Young Living-s e-communications program by providing insight on best practices,program enhancements,introducing new ideas,and staying current on industry trends- Analyze and report on email campaign results and KPIs,highlighting successes,trends,and opportunities- Develop and maintain a formal process to share findings and recommendations with supervisor and other stakeholders- Manage subscriber database,including coordinating with IT to create and update lists and segmenting data for targeted email campaigns- Monitor the competitive landscape,as well as member feedback,for ideal email tactics and strategies and provide insight and recommendations to drive Young Living forward as a leader-in-classQualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge,skill,and-or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.- Knowledge of key email fundamentals,including compliance,deliverability,complaint rates,etc.- Strong understanding of email marketing and experience managing email programs with high levels of email segmentation- The ability to formulate test plans and quickly report on findings- General understanding of HTML coding-email assets and the ability to troubleshoot with last-minute changes- Ability to proactively and productively interface with department members and multiple cross-functional partners- Excellent project management skills,with the ability to handle the planning and execution of multiple projects- Experience with web analytics tools- Exposure to databases and query tools- Strong analytical skills-must be organized,detail-oriented,a multitasker,and able to meet tight,daily deadlines- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)Education and Experience- B.S. degree or higher in marketing,communications,or business- 3+ years of related experience and-or training; MLM and-or franchise experience preferred- Computer Skills: Demonstrate expertise with email marketing and analytics programs; demonstrate competency with Microsoft products,including Word,Excel,and OutlookPhysical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
