Residential Program Manager. This is a full time salaried position. The Bountiful Programs consist of two group homes and three apartments. They are fun filled homes with a great group of clients filled with fun and laughter. This position requires the care and supervision, of a person that is truly dedicated to promoting the mission of Danville Services; to help each person served achieve their desired quality of life. The Program Manager oversees day to day operation of the program, manages and supervises employees, and ensures that services are of the highest quality and in accordance with Danville s mission, values, and operating standards. Qualified Applicants should possess the following:•Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal•Must maintain a high degree of contact with Program Director•Be a positive role model for clients, employees, co-workers, and management•Have the ability to remain calm in stressful situations in order to successfully resolve complex issues•Be able to demonstrate competence with Microsoft Word and Quicken programs•Must promote and contribute to a harmonious working environment and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, management, families of clients, support coordinators, and state and-or government representative.•Possess above average organizational skills•At least one year of experience working with people with disabilities•Must be able to respond to calls-emergencies at all times and-or as outlined by the Program Director
