We are seeking a Brand Manager to join Ultradent s Marketing team. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for the success of assigned brands through strategy planning, market analysis and leadership among cross-functional teams. Brand managers function as the brand stewards in creating and maintaining brand performance, identifying and evaluating global market trends, identifying and acting upon opportunities within product and procedure improvements, and maintaining an understanding of the competitive environment for the assigned brands. You will be responsible for both strategic and tactical plans, representing product line and procedure expertise as well as incorporating the voice of customer into product development and branding decisions over the life-cycle of a product. You will evaluate the needs of product marketing and sales personnel on a global basis and be responsible for the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans, programs, and budgets to meet company sales revenue objectives. Responsibilities also include, presenting, training and reporting data to executive management. Essential Job Duties: •Market research and insight development•Development, strategic planning and execution of brand objectives•Product development •Go To Market launch planning•Brand management•Product life-cycle management and maintenance•Forecasting and marketing financial analysis•Product expertise and training•Support Sales teams with tools and training•Coordinate activities with Regional Marketing Mangers outside the US Skills Required: •Strategy development•Product development from concept to commercialization•Forecasting•Project Management•Demonstrated knowledge of marketing principles•Brand positioning, development and maintenance•Trend analysis and market research•Communication (written and verbal)•Interpersonal •Development of content for marketing collateral (print and digital)•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects•Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate market influencers•Work both independently and within groups•Microsoft Office Suite Desired Skills: •3-5 years related marketing experience•Dental or medical device experience preferred•Business acumen in market analysis and voice of customer•Creativity and problem solving•Oracle•Second language a plus (Spanish, German, Portuguese, Japanese) Experience-Schooling or Degree Required: •Bachelor s Degree A Marketing, Business or Media related field•Background in dental or medical industry preferred
