A leading high profile University is looking to hire a Campus Director to oversee their Dubai Operations. Reporting to the Chancellor of the University the objective of the role is to lead and manage the daily operational activities of the campus.
The responsibilities include,
•Participating in strategic planning, policy formulation, and decision making related to the Dubai campus
• Act as organizational strategist to position Dubai campus as a leader in higher education in the community.
• Review and approve recruitment of faculty and staff for Dubai campus.
• Review and approve performance evaluation of faculty and staff and participating in the academic planning and degree offerings in Dubai campus.
• Reviewing and approving course offerings in Dubai campus. Collaborate with the Provost, Deans, and Directors in all areas related to educational programs in Dubai.
• Collaborate with the Vice Chancellor for Financial Affairs in all areas related to support services in Dubai.
• Assist in developing marketing strategy and plan to promote educational programs. Develop annual planning priorities for the campus, identify annual expected outcomes, and coordinate appropriate evaluation of these efforts.
• Represent the University in Dubai community and build strong relationship with all external constituencies, particularly the business community.
• Leading the efforts aimed at enrollment growth, student success, and faculty development/scholarship, responsibilities also include involvement in institutional governance initiatives across campus that includes students, faculty, and staff.
• Hand on experience in Balance Score Card reporting, campus director will supervise and monitor productivity and performance at Dubai Campus through periodic reporting and Dubai Campus Committee meetings.
