Eaton's Electrical Business has an opening for a Human Resources Manager, covering business for the Middle East, based out of their facility in Jebel Ali Free zone.
The Middle East business of Eaton continues to grow through the continual investment being made in the region across its commercial and manufacturing operations. By 2017, the regional business will more than double its sales revenue and increase its operational footprint across the core markets of KSA, UAE and Qatar.
The established HR team in the region is led by the Regional HR Manager who is looking to appoint a HR Manager to support the growth across the lower and upper Gulf and East Mediterranean geographies.
The primary responsibility is to support the growth of the Middle East business through the alignment of HR practices against business goals. Reporting to the HR Manager for the Middle East region, the incumbent will support the execution of a number of HR projects. Build and develop relationships with Managers and employees to identify and understand business needs around talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits and policy management
