The positions involve management of assigned brand(s) and necessitates the execution of marketing plans to achieve market share, profitability and other brand health objectives.
The candidate should have a professional qualification in Marketing (CIM-UK) and/or a degree from a recognized university in Sri Lanka or overseas.
The incumbent should possess excellent networking skills with the ability to effectively co-ordinate with all departments within the business. Good analytical skills coupled with effective presentation skills are considered prerequisites for these roles.
Assistant Brand Manager
He/she should be between 24 - 30 years of age with a minimum of 3 - 4 years experience in brand management (preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Goods).
