Our client a multinational FMCG that specialises in Mass Market well known children’s products is currently recruiting for a Key Account Executive-FMCG Arabic Male
Main Purpose of role:
Execute Company’s Key Account Strategies at the retail end. Develop regular communication with retailers in existing distributors market, while demonstrating strong team work skills with distributors.
Specific Responsibilities/ Tasks:
• Meets with the Key Accounts (KA) regularly and before the peak seasons (Eid, BTS, Xmas, movie releases, festivals) to execute marketing calendar as planned.
• Ensures the product offer is fully available on time as per launch plans and around the year for existing items. Ensures that the company has the retail space as per plans.
• Offers solutions as per KA needs and Hasbro brand strategies. Works on tailor made promotions, value drivers, traffic generators together with wholesalers (distributers) sales team.
• Visits the retailers daily. Executes the sales strategy as per the plans and monitors sales.
• Stock planning is done and stocks are available at the retailers in junction with Distributors’ sales team.
• Monitors BTL executions, activities.
• Regularly meets and listens to the store managers, reports the feedback.
• Has good communication between Brand and wholesaler (distributors) sales teams.
