Lead a pipeline team and provide excellentresults to our clients:
As a Team Lead you will be responsible for our pipeline engineering team in Abu Dhabi. This includes the whole spectra of leadership activities such as hiring new employees, developing people and contributing to business plans and roll outs. In addition to the people management tasks, 70% of your time will be billable on projects. This means that you will coordinate all technical design activities and be responsible for the execution of projects as well as play a central role in our Business Development and tendering activities.
Your will cover the following five areas of responsibility:
• Profitable performance. Ensure consistent and client focused service offerings, project management of pipeline projects of some complexity, and participate in design reviews on pipeline projects besides your own.
• Strategy and business plans. Contribute to the development and implementation of our business plan in line with global and regional business plans.
• Partnering and creating relations. Participate proactively in sales activities andrepresent Ramboll Oil & Gas in both internal and external issues.
• Team leadership. Lead and develop a high performing project team with 5-8 members, provide visible, tangible leadership based on Ramboll Values and the Ramboll Project Management Model. Ensure that HR processes are successfully implemented in the team (. Performance & Development Process, recruitment, salary review etc.) and provide technical and development guidance to project members.
• Governance. Ensure that Ramboll Code of Conduct as well as quality assurance procedures and systemsare followed in all situations and plan engineering and quality assurance activities.
